We're looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team!
We offer bilingual after-school care for children aged 3 to 10, on Wednesdays and during school vacations.
Your work will include:
- Organizing the center and drawing up activity schedules (schedule of people per activity)
- Managing the team (with Supervising Coordinator)
- Collecting requests for leave from the coordinator
- Prepare documents for Newsletter + Afterschool mailings (to be sent to coordinator)
- Elaboration of theme choices and program development (Area Manager supervision)
- Family contact (telephone + direct daily contact)
- Prepare material orders (and forward to coordinator)
- Train team
- Follow-up on trainees + help with interviews
- lead fun activities in English, ensuring children's safety (manual activities, body expression, sports activities, scientific activities...)
- look after children during informal times (snacks, free time...)
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Animation management diploma (BAFD, BPJEPS LTP or equivalent)
- Native or near-native English speaker
- Significant experience of working with groups of children and experience of group management
- Familiarity with a variety of activities (crafts, games, sports, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a group
- Enthusiasm, creativity, adaptability, initiative
- Patience and reliability
VALUABLE SKILLS
- First aid certificate
- Artistic and sporting qualities
- Teaching experience
You must have the right to work in France.
